Diversity

Diversity in higher education enriches the educational experience for all of us, individually and collectively, by promoting the free exchange of ideas and experiences. The Department of Psychology is committed to promoting a shared inclusive understanding of diversity (http://www.osu.edu/diversity) and creating/maintaining a welcoming climate for our student body and workforce. This commitment will only enhance our success in preparing students to address critical behavioral issues as valuable members of an increasingly diverse workforce.
